We've built our business on referrals and recommendations and are always thankful to our many clients who are kind enough to recommend us to their friends, family and colleagues.
Being referred is one of the best compliments that we can receive but we are often asked what's the best way to do it. So, we've put together this simple guide to make it easier for our clients to introduce us and for us to show our thanks.
We work with many different kinds of people, helping each to make the right decisions to help maximise their financial security and peace of mind, but we thought it would be helpful to group them into three broad types:
1. People who already have an investment strategy, a pension or a financial plan in place but aren't sure if it's still fit for purpose or going to deliver the future they want. If you know anybody like this - and it's often colleagues at work - we can offer them a second opinion or a sense-check.
2. People who don't currently have a financial plan in place, but would value knowing what their options are and how to start putting one together. Despite our best efforts, many people don't have a financial plan. If you know somebody in this position, we can help get them started, no matter what their age, status or circumstances.
3. People who suddenly find themselves with a specific financial obstacle or have experienced a life event that they need help dealing with. It could be how to fund long-term care, questions about inheritance and tax planning, arranging a mortgage or re-mortgage, investing a lump sum or providing cover to protect their family. Whatever their circumstances or questions, we'll be able to help.
And, of course, we help all of the above to be as responsible and sustainable as possible with their wealth management.
If you know anybody who's in a similar situation to any of these and feel that they could benefit from a conversation with us we would be very thankful for the recommendation. Whatever their circumstances or questions, we'd be happy to help and if we don't know the answer we usually know somebody who will.
